The best place to ask for help is the active mailing list of ZendTo users. This is now hosted as a Google Group. You can subscribe here and see the old list archives and new list archives.
Support is also provided by email to Support@Zend.To (sorry if there is a delay in replying).
Commercial Support
Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I am not in a position to be able to offer commercial support contracts. However, once you have ZendTo up and running, it very much looks after itself and so you will probably find a support contract totally unnecessary.
However, if I can help you I will, and any and all donations or gifts are always much appreciated (and have been known to get feature requests put to the top of the list).
